Mangrove Conservation

Mangroves, are powerful carbon sinks. They suck up carbon dioxide from the air to store in their roots and branches, as well as the sediment that collects around them. They do this so well that they can store up to 10 times more carbon than forests. Mangroves also provide wildlife habitat, storm protection, and erosion control.

Our Goal is to protect and & maintain 1000 Acres of virgin rainforest forest & 306 Acres of ocean front. This will support local fisher man as well as the ecosystem on land and in the sea.
